Structure for Change
You already know what healthy eating looks like.
Let’s build the structure that turns knowledge into lasting habits.

I’m Cornelia Wottawah.
I help people who already know a lot about nutrition but struggle to turn that knowledge into everyday habits.
My work combines evidence-based nutrition with structured coaching to support sustainable behavior change without another diet, rigid rules, or quick fixes.

Why structure matters
Many attempts at change fail not because of a lack of motivation, but because of a lack of structure.
Knowing what to do is rarely the biggest challenge. The real challenge is making good decisions consistently in everyday life.
Without structure, even the best intentions compete with stress, habits, time pressure, and countless small decisions.
Rather than relying on motivation alone, the goal is to create practical systems that support better decisions over time.
Approach
My approach combines strategic thinking, evidence-based nutrition, and practical behavior change.
Sustainable change rarely comes from one perfect decision. It comes from creating systems that make good decisions easier to repeat.
Rather than focusing on quick fixes or rigid rules, we build practical structures that fit your everyday life. My work brings together three complementary perspectives:
Strategic thinking
We look beyond individual habits and identify the patterns behind them. Together, we create clarity around the decisions, routines, and environments that shape everyday behavior.
Nutrition science
Nutrition science provides the evidence. Together, we translate complex information into practical choices that fit your health goals and your daily life.
Behavior change
Knowledge becomes useful when it can be applied consistently. We develop simple structures that reduce decision fatigue, support healthier routines, and make sustainable change more achievable.
The goal is not just change — but clarity and structures that make change sustainable.
Scientific Background
With a background in biochemistry and scientific research, I approach nutrition through evidence, physiology, and systems thinking.
Rather than simplifying the science, I translate it into practical structures that support sustainable everyday habits.
